Falconer thought “International Coffee Day” would be a good day to show off one of its many sustainable products which features in the Green phase of “The Little Book of Inspirations”.
Falconer, in conjunction with one of its supply partners produced cartons on recycled coffee cup board. The board is taken from the waste bins of various coffee franchises and then recycled into FSC grade board. It comes in an array of colours and can be bought in small quantities. The board is a solid colour and has a tactile un-coated feel. Generally the cups would go direct to general waste landfill, due to the plastic barrier in the cups, they were deemed as a non recyclable product. Not now!

Happy International Coffee Day!

In these uncertain times and challenging times, Falconer print & Packaging are continuing to operate the business and its production facility. This is in line with goverment advice as an essential business, being a critical packaging supply chain to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
At Director level and our management teams are having constant briefing meetings, where possible, to discuss the situation and its likely impact on the overall business.
As when and if required, alterations to manufacturing process/shifts will be ammended to ensure we meet customer demand. Our supply chain, at this moment, is also unaffected.
Obviously, we are following goverment guidelines, advice and procedure to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers, this will continue as updates are published. We are currently undertaking staff rotations where possible to limit contact and adhere to social distancing regimes. This is planned to have minimal impact on our operations.
We will endeavour to keep you informed, if we observe any changes or intervention that we believe will affect our business.
in the meantime we urge all to follow goverment instruction, stay safe and assure you of our ongoing support.

Falconer is proud to have produced a carton for the first ever award winning ‘Yorkshire whisky’. The finished results are eye catching from the blind emboss depicting a Gannett in flight to the multi height gradation on the base of the carton.
The carton is finished with intricate foiling that shows the field to bottle production. A stunning carton that compliments and celebrates the launch of a worlds first Yorkshire whisky.

Falconer Print and Zymurgorium have designed a superb eye catching carton to fit the innovative brand. Construction design was created by our head CAD designer, Dave Hills.
The graphics were added by Cann Creative, who did an outstanding job in maximising the material and effects that could be added to create a visually stunning carton. The Little Book of Inspiration provided a valuable asset giving Cann Creative the tools to produce the designs.
